Cancellation Policy:
Refund requests must be requested in writing and sent to aao@architecture.org. Full refunds will be issued through September 20, 2019. Between September 21 and October 15, a 50% refund is available. After October 15, all tickets are completely nonrefundable. Registration may be transferred to another individual at any time before the conference, with advance notice.
